Lacrosse

As the grass grows and the flowers bloom, it's time to break out the lacrosse sticks, balls, and nets for an exciting season on the field!

Our season consists of five clinics held on Saturday afternoons in the Bay Shore School District, primarily at the high school. Each athlete will be paired with a buddy to help them develop essential skills like throwing, catching, ground balls, and shooting—all while ensuring they have fun!

Most importantly, our program is designed to be a non-competitive, enjoyable experience for everyone.

Registration opens in March! All equipment is provided!
